We ordered this bed for our four & 6 year outdated youngsters who share a room. We appreciated the full-over-full choice, as each youngsters wish to scootch and sprawl once they sleep…plus we are able to lay subsequent to them and skim e books readily, or have a comfy situation for his or her friends when they sleep over. I ordered this for my grandson for Christmas. Delivery date was for Dec. 28, 2012. It never came! When I known as they said it used to be undeliverable. That is a lie!!! I live in the u . s . on a farm, haul animals inside and out, I truly have a circle drive namely for giant trucks and trailers. The company would no longer refund all my cash, they saved roughly $400.00 as a "re-stocking fee". It was as soon as never UN-stocked,They did say they would chuffed to send the mattress, however I would have to pay full price again. Really??? Remember the previous saying, "screw me as quickly as, disgrace one you – screw me twice, disgrace on me". Not taking situation. In this economy, for a corporation to get away with doing that to somebody, is a pitiful disgrace. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau.
